To perform the analysis, you need to provide two different files. the p-value file and the metabolic network file.
A big data set will take longer time compared to the smaller one, example pvalue file generated from Homo sapiens will take longer to proceed compared to the one generated from Saccharomyces cerevisiae because of the abundance of genes. If the download button still appears red even after you wait for five minutes the chance is you entered the wrong inputs and can't be processed by our tool.
